The TeXcellence program, through the continued support of the Education Foundation and generous donors, strives to provide a minimum of 1000 computers to high-needs Sarasota County students by June 2008, equipping these computers with appropriate educational software, providing training and support for new computer owners and their families, and tracking and evaluating the impact of the program on student achievement.	170
