Sarasota County Government has generously donated over 375 computers to the TeXcellence program. Each year, Sarasota County has agreed to give TeXcellence a portion of the computers they dispose of due to technology upgrades. Vitil Solutions has become a valuable partner to the TeXcellence program. Not only do they provide computer refurbishment services, but they also provide us with warehouse storage space, office space that our volunteers can work out of, and various technology services as needed. The Sarasota PC User's Group offers their time and technical assistance to the TeXcellence program. To date, they have refurbished 45 computers for the program and have repaired more than 5 computers. If families have problems with their computers, the PC User's Group steps in to assess the problem and determine the best course of action.
